Rev. Rubén Concepción was born on December 24, 1958. At the age of 37, specifically on June 30, 1995, he began his ministry in the propagation of the gospel; currently occupies a place within the official of W.M.M, exercising its role as secretary; and today, it has the great challenge of establishing the Elim Bible Institute in every nation of the world, the cradle organisation of future missionaries.
